Personal health discovery, namely fasting with food

This post will be a little different than what I usually write here, and that's because I have had a recent personal health discovery, namely, fasting with food (you heard that right) with Prolon. #prolonpartner #ad

Here are a few of my personal anecdotes from my first fast (some of which are directly supported by Prolon literature): during the fast, my hunger was reduced a bit each day; by day 4 I was feeling energized and had a sharp increase in mental clarity; my resting heart rate, which is firmly in a healthy range, went down a few beats each day; even from my starting point of an already healthy relationship with food, I really did look at food as fuel more than ever.
